Custom Bellows
Thank you for your interest in MINI-FLEX Bellows.
Mini-Flex Bellows size range is presently 0.085” to 1.000” inside diameter, 0.150” to 1.700” outside diameter, and up to 3.000” convolution length [depending on size].
Custom Bellows are made as required. Prior to design, consider the Inside Diameter of Convolutions is based on tooling and will vary only by wall thickness, length and tooling change. Use our selection of Stainless Steel Bellows and our Design Guide as a guideline to our capabilities.
OPTIONS:
1. View the Stainless Steel section of our Stock List and advise which part number(s) are closest to your requirements. We will search stores to determine “in-stock” options. There are thousands of non-stock Bellows “on the shelf”.
2. Complete the Specification Form. It is very important you supply the maximum and minimum for all data:

4. Call and e-mail or fax drawing.
For a prompt reply, provide information from option 1 and 2.
We can produce single and multi-ply Bellows, complete Bellows assemblies and integral closed end Bellows, all in numerous materials from common Brass, Stainless Steel to the exotic materials such as Tantalum, etc.
